Job summary

CSC Generation Enterprise is seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer to build AI-accelerated test automation across web, API, and mobile. You will design scalable test suites, validate AI-generated code, and drive CI/CD quality gates with GitHub Actions.

You will balance automation with exploratory testing, partner with engineers on API contracts, and push for robust regression coverage in a fast-release environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA and Testing experience, including 3+ years building and maintaining test automation in CI/CD.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright for web and API end-to-end automation; Cypress or Selenium is a plus.
• Strong automation fundamentals: design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable test suites; diagnose flaky tests.
• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript or Python (Java a plus); write test code to production standards.
• Hands-on use of AI coding tools to write/refactor test code and validate AI output.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred).
• Experience with functional, regression, API, and performance/load testing tools (Postman, JMeter, k6).
• Strong exploratory testing skills and risk-based testing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain AI-accelerated test automation suites across web, API, and mobile.
• Determine what to automate vs. AI-delegation and what requires manual testing.
• Perform focused exploratory testing on new features and complex flows.
• Turn defects into automated regression checks and strengthen the suite.
• Collaborate with engineers to embed tests and AI-assisted code reviews early in SDLC.
