Nybble Group is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to lead AI-driven testing initiatives across full-stack applications and backend data validation. You will design scalable automation frameworks, validate complex SQL, and ensure data integrity in distributed systems.

The role emphasizes AI-assisted testing and seamless integration into CI/CD pipelines. You will collaborate with software engineers, data specialists, and product managers to define acceptance criteria and robust definitions

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• More than five years of professional experience in software quality assurance with a proven track record in test automation.
• Demonstrated expertise in fullstack testing, covering frontend UI automation and backend service testing.
• Strong backend testing focus, specifically in data testing, database architecture verification, and complex SQL validation.
• Proficiency with AI‑driven testing tools, AI coding assistants, or automated testing workflows.
• Proficiency in modern automation frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
• Advanced experience in API testing and validation using Postman or automated API frameworks.
• Programming proficiency in Python or C#.
• Advanced English level (C1) with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for frontend and backend services.
• Drive backend data testing including SQL validation, data schema verification, and data pipeline testing.
• Leverage AI-driven tools to accelerate automation and smart regression.
• Perform end-to-end quality validation across web interfaces, REST APIs, and databases.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to gate deployments.
• Identify data anomalies, edge cases, and performance bottlenecks in distributed systems.
• Collaborate with engineers, data specialists, and product managers on acceptance criteria.
• Document testing strategies and data validation paths to share best practices.

In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing end-to-end quality strategies across both frontend user interfaces and complex backend systems. The ideal candidate is exceptionally savvy with modern AI technologies and leverages AI-assisted testing tools to innovate automation workflows. You will pay special attention to backend data integrity, database testing, and API flows, ensuring that our platform remains reliable, scalable, and highly accurate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks covering both frontend applications and backend services.
• Drive comprehensive backend data testing, including complex SQL query validation, data schema verification, data pipeline testing, and data consistency checks.
• Leverage AI-driven tools, machine learning concepts, and AI testing assistants to accelerate automation suite creation, smart regression execution, and test data generation.
• Perform end-to-end quality validation across web interfaces, RESTful APIs, and underlying database architectures.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to establish automated quality gates across deployment environments.
• Identify data anomalies, edge cases, and performance bottlenecks across complex distributed systems.
• Collaborate closely with software engineers, data specialists, and product managers to define clear acceptance criteria and definition of done standards.
• Document testing strategies, automation blueprints, and data validation paths to foster engineering best practices.
