Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer to design and implement automated testing for APIs, frontend, backend services, and data flows. You will build verification frameworks for AI/LLM prompts, validate outputs, and ensure performance before releases.

You will work across cloud-hosted applications, contribute to CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with developers to improve QA methodologies in a hybrid remote/work setup.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience in QA engineering, test automation, or software quality assurance.
  • Experience designing automated test strategies for complex web applications and distributed systems.
  • Hands-on with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.

Responsibilities

  • Design, document, and execute comprehensive automated testing strategies spanning APIs, frontend applications, backend services, and data flows
  • Create and maintain reliable automated test scripts using frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress
  • Develop verification frameworks for validating LLM prompt behaviors, model outputs, response consistency, and hallucination rates
  • Execute system integration testing, regression testing, and performance/load testing ahead of platform releases
  • Validate end-to-end workflows and automated actions against defined business logic, system behavior, and performance SLAs
  • Document detailed bug reports, analyze issues to identify root causes, and collaborate closely with developers on resolution
  • Contribute to quality standards, test coverage practices, release readiness processes, and continuous improvement of QA methodologies
  • Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines and support quality assurance across cloud-hosted applications and services

Required Skills & Experience

5-10 years of experience in QA engineering, test automation, or software quality assurance

  • Strong experience designing and implementing automated test strategies for complex web applications and distributed systems
  • Hands-on expertise with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress
  • Experience testing APIs, frontend interfaces, backend workflows, and end-to-end system integrations
  • Familiarity with performance testing, regression testing, and release validation in enterprise environments
  • Experience validating AI/LLM-driven systems, including prompt behavior, output quality, and response consistency, is strongly preferred
  • Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, defect tracking, and automated test reporting
  • Prior engagement in large-scale enterprise environments and mission-critical systems
  • Candidate must be located in an EU member country
  • Excellent communication skills in English
Nice to Have
  • Experience in fintech or financial services
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
  • Experience working with test data validation, backend integrations, and microservices-based architectures
Working Conditions

Full-time (40 hours/week)
