Job summary

Catalent, a global biopharma leader, is hiring an Associate I for Quality Assurance on the floor at the Madison site. The role focuses on executing the QA on-the-floor program, performing walkthroughs, and supporting operations to ensure regulatory compliance.

This is an on-site, full-time position with opportunities to contribute to batch review, material release, and documentation control. The successful candidate will join a fast-growing team within Catalent Biologics, enjoying defined career

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher STEM degree with relevant coursework.
• 1+ year experience if Associate’s STEM.
• 4+ years with High School diploma.

Responsibilities

• Execute QA on the Floor program.
• Conduct manufacturing walkthroughs.
• Provide quality support to operations.
• Issue controlled production documents (e.g., batch records, labels)
• Review batch records, test data, logs
• Release solutions and materials
• Inspect final product containers
• Escalate quality/regulatory issues
• Maintain controlled records.
• Other duties as assigned.
