Job summary

Relha LLC is seeking a Principal Software Engineer - Quality Assurance to lead QA strategy and execution in Springfield, MO. The role requires independent oversight, cross-functional collaboration, and driving data-driven decisions to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing software solutions.

You will guide testing across the SDLC, develop and automate tests, monitor performance, and help shape the technical roadmap.

Qualifications

Experience applying SDLC across large-scale software projects.
Ability to plan, organize, and oversee activities to meet objectives.
Understanding business context and organizational processes to document current and future states.

Responsibilities

Document current and to-be QA processes and migration changes.
Recommend technical developments to improve software quality and infrastructure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design technology solutions.
Analyze areas for modification and improvement in applications.
Develop, automate, and execute tests; validate data and performance.
Implement robust monitoring and alerting for performance issues.
Lead team in work breakdown and estimation to meet timelines.
Contribute to a technical roadmap aligned with business needs.
Oversee CI activities within established systems.
