Job summary

Fluxon is seeking a QA Architect to define and build QA processes for diverse apps. You will champion quality across multi-disciplinary teams, blending user experience insight with technical rigor to break systems and prevent issues.

You’ll collaborate with developers and product managers, identify gaps, and own quality metrics while working fully remotely. Excellent English and a proactive mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience testing complex web, mobile, and API-based applications.
• 2+ years leading a QA project from scratch.
• Nose for bugs and ability to break systems beyond scripts.
• Understand client-server architecture; use DevTools and API clients for audits.
• Experience integrating manual testing into CI/CD pipelines; communicate results clearly.
• Proactive, independent worker with strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve end-to-end QA strategy and processes for products.
• Plan and perform exploratory and manual testing for complex features.
• Champion quality across development lifecycle and evangelize quality at the source.
• Own documentation and reporting of quality metrics and bug tracking.
• Partner with PMs/TPMs to define acceptance criteria and release approvals.
• Lead cross-functional investigations into quality issues to drive resolution.
