Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality strategy across applications and test suites.
• Define automation framework architecture and reusable components.
• Manage CI/CD test orchestration including nightly runs and health checks.
• Lead release readiness and provide evidence-driven go/no-go decisions.
• Mentor Senior and mid-level QA engineers and collaborate with hiring managers.
• Ensure HIPAA/SOX coverage and validated testing in regulated environments.
