Job summary
Provation is seeking a QA Lead Engineer to provide strategic technical leadership for quality assurance of healthcare SaaS applications. You will architect automated testing frameworks, guide CI/CD integration, and champion best practices across product, development, and clinical teams.
You will mentor QA engineers, drive HIPAA/HFIR compliance in testing, and lead agile ceremonies while partnering with management to improve reliability, security, and data integrity in Provation’s healthcare
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant QA experience.
- Experience with advanced test automation and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
- Proven experience leading QA teams or initiatives.
- Familiarity with healthcare standards (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR).
- Certifications such as ISTQB or CSTE are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute QA strategies, standards, and best practices.
- Architect and maintain automated test suites for web, API, and cloud apps.
- Lead CI/CD integrated testing, monitor results and quality metrics.
- Mentor QA engineers and collaborate with Product and Development teams.
- Champion healthcare compliance and data protection in QA processes.
