Job summary

KPG99 INC is seeking a QA Architect with 10+ years in Selenium automation and banking domain experience to design, build, and lead scalable automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, TestNG, and Cucumber (BDD). You will drive UI/API strategies, guide CI/CD integration, and mentor QA teams across Agile sprints.

Responsibilities include end-to-end API testing, Kafka validation, ETL data checks on Oracle/SQL Server, and collaboration with Salesforce workflows.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional hands on experience in Selenium Automation with Java Development.
• Must have Banking experience and good to have Payments processing experience.
• Hands-on in design and developing automated testing systems and frameworks.
• Proven work experience as a QA Architect or similar role in software development.
• Experience with automated testing tools and methodologies Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.
• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
• Working knowledge of agile frameworks and regression testing
• Architect and implement scalable automation frameworks using Java, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, and Cucumber (BDD).

• Lead test planning, framework enhancement, and integration of automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Conduct end-to-end API testing and backend integration validations using tools like Postman, Rest Assured, and SoapUI.
• Validate Kafka-based event-driven systems with real-time message verification techniques.
• Perform ETL testing and data validation using advanced SQL queries on Oracle and SQL Server.
• Lead test efforts for Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud, including workflows, case management, and data validation.
• Execute mobile automation testing using Appium and real devices/emulators in varying network conditions.
• Mentor and lead QA teams, perform code reviews, and align testing goals with Agile sprint cycles.
• Engage in defect triage, maintain traceability matrices, and report on automation ROI and quality metrics.
