Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Senior QA Architect to join the product team. You will lead quality efforts for complex software, coordinate AI-driven testing strategies, and drive high-confidence releases in a demanding SaaS environment.

You will mentor QA and development staff, design autonomous testing activities, and optimize testing workflows across CI/CD pipelines. This role reports to the Director R&D and requires extensive experience in modern web and API testing.

Qualifications

• Senior-level role with 7+ years defining a quality vision and leading teams.
• AI-First mindset directing autonomous agent fleets as primary delivery mechanism.
• Experience in SaaS testing, multi-tenancy validation, scalability, and cloud environments.
• Experience in test design and execution for complex systems (manual and automated).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous data flows, and E2E testing frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Actively track the teams’ tasks, analyze testing needs and define QA activities.
• Design and orchestrate autonomous test agent fleets for QA validation.
• Analyze testing coverage using AI-powered insights to close gaps and ensure high-confidence releases.
• Mentor developers and QA staff to raise quality mindset and skills.
• Develop and maintain AI skills and frameworks to standardize quality benchmarks.
• Monitor and optimize test performance in CI/CD pipelines for SaaS deployments.
• Contribute to automation coverage and agent-based testing workflows.
• Understand the SDLC and QA responsibility in each step and drive process improvement.
• Analyze field trends to align with customers’ quality expectations.
