Keeper Security is seeking a Senior QA Analyst to join the Keeper Connection Manager team. The role focuses on validating secure remote access workflows across applications, infrastructure and enterprise environments.

This hands-on position collaborates with Software Engineering, DevOps and Product teams to ensure security, reliability and performance of KCM. You will design test plans, execute diverse testing types, validate protocols (SSH/RDP/VNC) and test across multiple OS and cloud/on-prem

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in software quality assurance or related testing role.
Experience testing complex enterprise software, infrastructure, or security-sensitive applications.
Strong understanding of networking concepts and client-server communication.

Responsibilities

Design and execute test plans for Keeper Connection Manager features and secure remote access workflows.
Perform functional, integration, regression, system and exploratory testing across KCM components.
Validate remote access workflows using protocols such as SSH, RDP and VNC.
Test KCM behavior across Windows, Linux and macOS environments.
Validate authentication, authorization and secure access workflows; reproduce and document defects.
