Job summary

Keeper Security is seeking an experienced QA Analyst to join the Admin Console team. You will test web-based admin experiences and backend APIs to ensure security, reliability and usability for enterprise customers.

This 100% remote role offers a hybrid option for candidates in the El Dorado Hills, CA or Chicago, IL metro areas and requires 3+ years of QA experience, with strong API testing, cross-browser validation and collaboration with Engineering, Product and QA teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in software QA or similar role
• Experience testing enterprise web apps or SaaS
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript and modern browsers
• Experience validating backend APIs with API testing tools
• Understanding of authentication/authorization/ RBAC concepts
• Ability to write clear, reproducible test cases and defect reports
• Experience with Jira, TestRail, Confluence or similar tools
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Familiarity with enterprise identity technologies like Active Directory/LDAP
• Willingness to use AI-assisted tools for testing and analysis
• U.S. Person status due to GovCloud involvement

Responsibilities

• Test Keeper’s Admin Console web applications for functionality, reliability, usability and regression issues
• Validate backend APIs supporting console functionality using tools like Postman
• Create, execute and maintain test cases from product requirements and specs
• Test enterprise admin workflows including authentication, authorization, permissions and RBAC
• Perform cross-browser testing across supported desktop browsers
• Reproduce, document and track defects with technical details and steps
• Maintain test coverage and results using TestRail, Jira and Confluence
• Collaborate with developers, Product and QA to identify issues and validate fixes
• Participate in requirement reviews, release validation and regression testing
• Identify gaps in test coverage and suggest QA process improvements
• Use AI-assisted tools to support test design, defect analysis, troubleshooting and documentation
