Qualifications

• 3+ years of core experience in software quality assurance, manual testing, or quality engineering.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, QA methodologies, and Agile practices.
• Proven experience designing and executing test plans for complex cloud-based B2B SaaS applications.
• Experience testing REST APIs and backend services.
• Strong SQL skills for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working closely with cross-functional product and engineering teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and drive quality initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA activities across multiple product initiatives and releases.
• Develop and maintain test plans, strategies, and test cases from requirements.
• Execute functional, regression, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing (manual).
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects (Jira).
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Design to ensure testable requirements and clear acceptance criteria.
• Perform risk assessments and tailor testing approaches by feature complexity and impact.
• Validate workflows, business logic, and data accuracy across the platform.
• Conduct API testing and backend validation (Postman, SQL).
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning.
• Analyze production issues and assist with root-cause investigations.
• Help establish QA standards, processes, metrics, and documentation.
• Partner with engineering leadership to identify automation opportunities.
• Contribute to release readiness and production deployment validation.
