Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Senior QA Testing Analyst to plan, execute, and lead testing across multiple projects within one or more development environments. The role demands collaboration with analysts and developers to ensure test coverage, data validation, and timely defect resolution.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of IT analytics/troubleshooting experience, plus proficiency with ALM and Agile-Scrum practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; additional IT analytics/troubleshooting experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Preferred: ALM testing tools, Agile-Scrum exposure, strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of data structures and data handling in regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts and Development teams to ensure testability of requirements.
• Review architectural and technical design specifications.
• Develop, document and maintain test data and end-to-end testing flows.
• Conduct testing using manual and automated processes and report results.
• Manage defects, triage severity, and track progress to deadlines.
• Create test status reports and test result summaries for production readiness.
• Support UAT efforts and maintain regression test bed.
• Mentor junior team members and follow project lifecycle methodology.
