Job summary

Huntington is seeking a Senior QA Testing Analyst to lead quality assurance activities for a payments platform. You will own end-to-end test planning, manual and automated testing, performance testing, defect management, and production readiness across multiple applications and environments.

You will mentor offshore QA staff, drive automation initiatives, and ensure testing deliverables meet standards and timelines in a complex, enterprise-scale setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; IT analytics/CS preferred.
• 5+ years of QA testing experience or equivalent IT background.
• Experience with automated testing and CI/CD environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing across multiple applications, APIs, vendor integrations, and downstream systems.
• Coordinate test planning, defect resolution, and production readiness with cross-functional teams.
• Define test strategy, scope, environments, data requirements, and timelines for QA efforts.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for UI, API, integration, and regression testing.
• Develop and maintain performance, load, and stress tests to validate scalability and reliability.
• Mentor offshore QA team members and guide testing activities across distributed teams.
• Lead defect triage and ensure critical issues are prioritized and resolved in time.
