Job summary

Innosoft Corp. is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to support Medicaid enrollment and eligibility system testing.

You will design and execute test plans, evaluate workflows, and ensure quality across multiple subsystems within the Systems Applications Integration and Development team. You will work on test automation using Sahi Pro or Selenium, develop robust test cases, and collaborate with developers, product, and vendors to resolve defects and improve performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or healthcare field or 5+ years of QA experience.
Five+ years of QA/Quality Control experience.
Three+ years with Sahi Pro or Selenium automation.
Experience designing automated test scripts.
Familiarity with SPICE, TPI, TMMi, or CMMI OPF/PD.
Knowledge of Equivalence Partitioning and Pairwise Analysis.
Experience with PICT or similar testing tools.

Responsibilities

Develop test plans, QA and UAT processes, test cases, scripts, and scenarios.
Design and support UI, regression, negative, usability, reliability, and stability testing.
Perform smoke testing and end-to-end testing across multiple systems.
Implement testing programs to ensure quality, reliability, and usability.
Identify defects and track resolutions with leadership.
Maintain defect databases and document testing outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve defects.
Define and promote QA practices and governance.
Review vendor test plans and results.
Prepare and review test plans, scripts, scenarios, and reports.
Monitor progress and communicate testing status to management.
