Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst in Columbia, MO to lead test planning and automation efforts for complex enrollment, eligibility, and workflow systems. You will design comprehensive test strategies, execute manual and automated testing, and govern QA processes across large-scale modernization projects.

The role requires 5+ years in QA, hands-on automation with Selenium/Sahi Pro, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

5+ years in Quality Assurance/Quality Control.
5+ years translating requirements into test cases.
3+ years with Sahi Pro or Selenium automation.
Experience designing automated test scripts.

Responsibilities

Develop test plans, cases, and QA/UAT processes from requirements.
Design and execute manual and automated tests (regression, smoke, integration, end-to-end).
Create/maintain automated test scripts per guidelines.
Identify defects and coordinate resolutions with teams.
Review/test plans, scripts, and reports.
Maintain defect tracking and governance adherence.
Collaborate with architects, developers, and leadership to deliver quality solutions.
