Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
7+ years in IT quality assurance or software testing.
5+ years hands-on in test case development and execution.
5+ years with Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow or similar tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute test plans, test cases and test scenarios from requirements.
Perform functional, regression, integration, system and UAT testing.
Review requirements for gaps and quality risks.
Document, prioritize and track defects to resolution.
Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to validate fixes.
Create automated test banks and regression suites where possible.
Perform data validation and SQL queries as needed.
Test system integrations, APIs and workflows.
Conduct regression testing with releases and support production validation.
