Qualifications

• 5+ years - IT quality assurance, software testing, systems analyst experience.
• 5+ years - Hands-on test case development and execution.
• 5+ years - Defect identification, documentation and tracking.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow or similar testing platforms.
• Bachelor's degree (any major).
• Experience with SQL and database testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scenarios from requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing.
• Review requirements to identify gaps and quality risks.
• Document, prioritize, and track defects to resolution.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to validate fixes.
• Create automated test banks and regression suites.
• Run data validation and SQL checks as needed.
• Test system integrations, APIs, and workflows.
• Support deployment and production validation activities.
• Maintain testing documentation and defect records.
