Job summary

Ilab Llc is seeking a Senior Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Analyst to lead enterprise software testing efforts. You will analyze requirements, develop and execute test plans and RTMs, and manage defects to ensure releases meet business needs.

You will work with business stakeholders, developers, and project teams, performing SIT, regression, UAT, and end-to-end testing, while mentoring less experienced testers and delivering high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years of software quality assurance with senior-level responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, testing methodologies, and defect management.
• Hands-on experience with functional, integration, regression, SIT, and UAT testing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute testing activities with ownership of deliverables.
• Develop and maintain Test Plans, test cases, test scenarios, RTMs.
• Execute SIT, regression, UAT, and end-to-end testing.
• Identify, document, track, and validate defects; participate in triage.
• Communicate testing progress, quality metrics, risks, and recommendations.
• Support UAT planning, execution, and release readiness.
