CSCI Consulting is seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to support its DoD client in Indianapolis. The role validates configurations, integrations, calculations, and reporting before release to ensure successful deployment in a controlled federal environment.

The QA Analyst collaborates with functional consultants, developers, and stakeholders on test planning, test execution, defect management, regression testing, and deployment readiness, supporting SIT/UAT and validation activities across

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• 5–10+ years QA/testing experience on enterprise apps.
• Experience with SIT/UAT, regression testing, and deployment readiness.
• Experience with OneStream, ERP, or similar financial systems.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and traceability.

Responsibilities

• Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and deployment readiness activities.
• Develop test cases, scripts, and validation scenarios from requirements.
• Verify configurations align with functional/technical specs.
• Execute test scripts and document results across financial processes.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
• Coordinate with developers and stakeholders to validate fixes.
• Perform regression testing to ensure stability after changes.
• Validate test data quality for business scenarios and reporting.
• Confirm end-to-end processing from source data to downstream systems.
• Maintain test evidence and traceability materials.
• Support business user readiness and critical issue tracking.
• Participate in go-live support and post-production validation.
