Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university; experience may substitute for credit.
• 7+ years progressively responsible QA experience in the software lifecycle.
• Experience testing PeopleSoft Pension, Benefits Administration and Financials.
• Experience testing SharePoint/K2.
• Experience testing .NET applications.
• Experience using HP QTP/UFT, Selenium, or Playwright automation tools.
• Experience creating SQL queries.
• Proficiency in VBScript.
• Familiarity with information security and AI concepts.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes detailed test plans for complex applications.
• Reviews requirements, resolves discrepancies, and clarifies business processes.
• Writes comprehensive test cases from user requirements and specifications.
• Uses automated testing tools to conduct functionality, regression, and system testing.
• Mentors team in the use of automated testing tools.
• Coordinates all phases of testing and validates results."
• Supports user acceptance testing and signs off on test results.
• Documents test outcomes and logs defects using tracking tools.
• Identifies issues and coordinates resolutions with stakeholders.
• Tracks and reports test status, results, and metrics.
