FormativGroup is seeking a Senior Python Engineer to design and deploy machine learning solutions. The role involves collaborating with engineering and data teams, developing models, and ensuring they are integrated into production systems.

This hybrid position requires candidates to work onsite in Fort Lauderdale, FL, for 3 days a week. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. Hourly compensation is estimated between $45 and $50, along with potential bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience in Python-based development roles and AI/ML.
• Strong proficiency in Python and core data science libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience implementing machine learning and deep learning models in real-world applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain machine learning models using Python.
• Design and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions.
• Perform data preparation activities including cleansing, transformation, and feature engineering.
• Evaluate model performance and iterate to improve reliability.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs for model consumption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed ML solutions.
