Job summary

Kelly is seeking a highly experienced software leader to own the backend agent stack for an AI-driven platform. You will drive the architecture and hands-on implementation of the agent layer, REST interfaces, security, and data handling in a cloud environment.

The role requires 8+ years in software development with Python, expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, and MLOps, plus front-end work with React. This is a 6-month contract with extension potential and a hybrid onsite schedule in Irving, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/AI/ML or related quantitative field.
• 8+ years of professional software development with Python.
• Experience as a technical lead and with Generative AI models.

Responsibilities

• Build the backend agent stack and REST services for AI platform.
• Develop chat features with streaming, async ops, and file uploads.
• Collaborate across frontend (React) and AI model deployment via MLOps.
