Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Machine Learning, or equivalent (3–5+ years in prod-level engineering).
• Expert-level Python for distributed, scalable cloud-native services.
• Experience bridging research code to production ML/DS environments.

Responsibilities

• Agentic AI Innovation: design and implement autonomous agents with AgentCore and LangGraph.
• MLE Productionization: move ML models from notebooks into AWS production environments.
• Constant Research: test and present new AI tech and papers to the team.
• System Architecture: build and maintain cloud-native AWS infra for inference and execution.
• Observability: deep monitoring/alerting with LangGraph and Splunk.
• Code Quality: participate in design reviews and engineering standards.
• Collaboration: translate evolving business needs into tech solutions.
