Job summary

Rocket Close seeks a senior AI/ML engineer to design autonomous agents and orchestrate complex workflows using AgentCore and LangGraph. You will productionize ML models in AWS, collaborate with Data Scientists to move research into scalable services, and drive observability with Splunk and CloudWatch.

You will explore latest AI frameworks, implement event-driven architectures, and contribute to a high-velocity engineering culture within a modern cloud environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in CS/ML or equivalent experience (3-5+ years in production engineering).
• Expert-level Python for distributed, scalable cloud-native services.
• Production ML/DS environment experience bridging research code to production software.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement autonomous agents using AgentCore and orchestrate via LangGraph for visibility and manageability.
• Productionize ML models in AWS environments with collaboration from Data Scientists.
• Research and adopt new AI tools, frameworks, and papers to improve velocity and service quality.
• Build and maintain cloud-native infrastructure for AI/ML inference and agent execution (AWS).
• Implement deep monitoring and alerting for all services (LangGraph, Splunk, CloudWatch).
• Maintain code quality through rigorous reviews and define engineering standards for DS teams.
• Collaborate with teams to derive solutions amid evolving business needs.
