Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Lead Python Engineer for a 100% remote role in the United States. The candidate will design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade Python systems, partnering with product, data, and infrastructure teams to deliver robust, secure, and scalable solutions in production environments.

The ideal candidate brings deep Python expertise, strong software architecture fundamentals, and experience with data engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of applied Python development experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience building large-scale production apps with high uptime requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Sybase and query tuning/schema design.
• Strong SDLC knowledge from requirements to production support.
• Proven experience across system design, development, testing, and ops.
• Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and performance trade-offs.
• Experience debugging complex enterprise apps in production.
• Familiarity with Agile, CI/CD, resiliency patterns, and secure coding.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate with stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication with technical and business teams.
