We’re seeking exceptional engineers to join us on this journey and help scale production systems from the ground up. You will build and maintain Python backends (FastAPI), implement RAG and embeddings workflows, and collaborate with a small, driven team to make thoughtful technical trade-offs while

Qualifications

• Senior Python developer with at least 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven experience delivering production APIs with PostgreSQL.
• Experience with ML/AI systems in production is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Fluent English; startup experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain production backend services and APIs in Python (FastAPI).
• Implement retrieval workflows (RAG, embeddings, vector search).
• Lead and work closely with other engineers and stakeholders to make good technical trade-offs.
• Help keep our systems clean, reliable, and easy to extend.
