Job summary

Quilter is building automation for PCB design, helping electrical engineers save time and effort. This role focuses on resolving customer blockers, shipping integration features, and verifying end-to-end design workflows.

You will work with Python, parsers, and CAD tooling, while improving diagnostics, tooling, and customer handoffs. Collaboration with GTM and engineering is essential to prioritize blockers and deliver lasting improvements.

Qualifications

• Deep production Python experience, ownership from design through testing and rollout.
• Experience working directly with customers, partners, or technical users to diagnose workflows and deliver working software.
• Strong debugging skills across unfamiliar code and data; test hypotheses with limited information.
• Clear communication and sound judgment under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve customer blockers; reproduce failures and identify causes.
• Ship integration features and fixes; own Python changes from design through rollout.
• Verify the complete design workflow; turn cases into acceptance checks and regression tests.
• Turn recurring problems into better tooling and diagnostics; improve error messages and automated reproductions.
• Connect customers’ workflows to Quilter via reusable scripts and integrations.
