Job summary

Quilter, based in Long Beach, CA, seeks a Senior Software Engineer to work with our GTM team and customers. You will design and implement Python parsers, exporters, and design models to streamline CAD data flows and integration into Quilter.

You’ll build workflows using LLMs and agentic tools to diagnose failures, automate repetitive integration tasks, and improve tooling. This is a hybrid in-person role with regular collaboration with the go-to-market team.

Qualifications

• Deep production Python experience with ownership from design through testing and rollout.
• Experience working directly with customers, partners, or technical users to understand workflows and deliver working software.
• Strong debugging skills across unfamiliar code, files, and structured data.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve customer blockers; reproduce failures, inspect data, and coordinate with partner teams.
• Ship integration features and fixes; own Python changes from design to rollout including parsers and exporters.
• Verify complete design workflow and turn customer cases into acceptance checks and regression tests.
