JPMorganChase is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to drive architecture, hands-on delivery, and ML/AI enablement in production. You will lead a team, build scalable services, and ensure security, governance, and auditability across the stack.

The role emphasizes agentic AI, tool integration, and robust SDLC practices, with collaboration across architects, DBAs, and SMEs in a fast-paced corporate tech environment.

Competenze

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• Deep distributed-systems engineering with Python/Java and modern microservices.
• Strong Python experience for AI/ML engineering, automation, and agentic AI services.
• Experience with REST APIs and service-oriented architectures.
• Experience leading AI-assisted software development tools and validating outputs.
• Understanding of responsible AI, data sensitivity, and secure practices.
• Experience in Linux environments and Kubernetes orchestration.
