• Review teammates’ code and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality.
• Investigate and resolve complex issues across the development lifecycle.
• Coach less-experienced engineers and strengthen their technical skills.
• Assist in scheduling and estimation meetings with clear scope and delivery constraints.
• Stay current with new technologies and integrate useful practices.
• Write and maintain architecture documentation and process notes.
• Coordinate with sponsors to refine functional requirements and ensure solutions meet mandates.
