Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Python development experience.
• Backend services and scalable architectures.
• Experience with React-based interfaces is required.
• Familiarity with AI fundamentals and development tools.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and data modeling.
• Proficient in Git for version control and collaboration.
• Proven leadership abilities and mentoring junior engineers.
• Good command of English (B2+).

• Work with stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure outcomes match agreed deliverables.
