Job summary

You will lead, coach, and review code, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure maintainable solutions. The role requires 3+ years of Python experience, strong backend skills, React familiarity, and clear English

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Python development experience.
• Advanced Python skills for delivering reliable backend services.
• Experience with React to build adaptive front-end interfaces.
• Working knowledge of AI concepts and tools used to improve development and design processes.
• Strong knowledge of database systems for structuring, managing, and querying application data.
• Proven leadership ability to guide teams and motivate peers.
• English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or above.

• Align with stakeholders to confirm expectations and validate deliverables against agreed outcomes.
