• Partner with cross-discipline colleagues to release well-integrated, high-quality software.

• Perform peer code reviews and provide meaningful feedback to uphold quality standards.
• Resolve complex bugs and issues throughout the full software development lifecycle.
• Support and mentor junior team members to improve technical capabilities.
• Participate in forecasting and planning by sharing estimates, scope boundaries, and schedules.
• Monitor emerging technologies and incorporate advantageous practices into team processes.
• Maintain architecture diagrams and procedural documentation for long-term maintainability.
• Engage with project sponsors to define functional needs and verify outputs meet requirements.
