Responsibilities

• Monitor and control all phases of development and provide user and operational support.
• Analyze complex problems, evaluate business processes, and ensure proper system design.
• Recommend security measures in post-implementation analysis and ensure compliance.
• Consult with users and technology groups, and assist in customer exposure systems.
• Define operating standards and processes and coach junior analysts.
