Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial software development experience.
• Strong professional knowledge of Python 3.x and Django.
• Experience designing and developing complex, highly loaded, and scalable systems.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Intermediate English proficiency or higher for international collaboration.
• Experience in iGaming or sports betting industry.
• Strong problem-solving and quick technical resolution skills.
• Independence, responsibility, initiative, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Make architectural and technical decisions for backend products and services.
• Design, develop, implement, and test reliable backend solutions using Python and Django.
• Build new product features and contribute to integrations with payment methods and external data providers.
• Develop automated communication systems, risk management capabilities, and other backend solutions.
• Monitor production systems to ensure stability, reliability, and smooth operation.
• Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations as needed.
• Take ownership of tasks from development through delivery.
• Break down large requirements into actionable technical tasks and deliver solutions efficiently.
• Apply flexible and systematic approaches to solving challenging engineering problems.
