United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a (Senior) Python Engineer to design and develop data-powered REST APIs in Python, build end-to-end data pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The role focuses on scalable, enterprise-grade applications within a remote EU environment.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of Python backend experience, proficient in Flask or Bottle, and strong AWS/SQL knowledge.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Python backend experience, preferably in B2B environments.
• Experience building RESTful APIs using Python frameworks such as Flask or Bottle.
• Strong AWS experience and working with REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of databases and SQL; graph databases preferred.
• Experience crafting data pipelines and large-scale enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Build functional requirements with customers and translate into technical specs.
• Collaborate with UX designers to implement requirements.
• Develop and maintain efficient data-powered REST APIs in Python.
• Create end-to-end data pipelines and AI models for APIs.
• Coordinate with front-end engineers for API integration.
• Participate in testing and bug fixes.
