Job summary

Tech Mirrors seeks a Senior Python Developer with PL/SQL to join our on-site teams in Dallas, Tampa, or Jersey City. You will bridge high‑performance backend automation with robust relational databases, building data-driven financial applications and scalable ETL processes.

You will implement and optimize REST APIs using FastAPI/Flask/Django, work with Pandas/NumPy/PySpark, and manage Oracle PL/SQL packages in a banking domain environment. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with BFSI domain exposure.
• Strong Python and Oracle PL/SQL expertise.
• Experience with Pandas, NumPy, PySpark and enterprise ETL tools.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle 12c/19c analytics functions and SQL.
• Front-end basics: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• REST APIs and microservices experience (FastAPI/Flask/Django).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• On-site in Dallas, Jersey City or Tampa; banking domain familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend Python applications with PL/SQL and Snowflake integration.
• Build and optimize data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Design scalable financial microservices and REST APIs.
• Tune database performance and manage complex SQL/PL/SQL logic.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver features on time.
