Job summary

ManpowerGroup is helping a leading financial services firm in Jersey City, NJ, to hire a Python Developer for the Front Office Applications Support team. You will build and maintain high-performance Python applications for front-office trading systems and collaborate with quantitative researchers.

You will design RESTful APIs and full-stack solutions using ReactJS, and work on risk and pricing applications within the global market. Strong collaboration with offshore teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on programming experience in object-oriented languages, especially Python.
• 7+ years as a senior developer working on front-office banking applications.
• Experience with quantitative research and domain-specific data analysis.
• Proficiency in REST, ReactJS, and full-stack development.
• Knowledge of relational and object databases; experience with trade surveillance is a plus.
