ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. seeks an Application Programmer III / Python Developer in Pennington, NJ to join a leading financial services client’s Technology Department supporting the Global Markets team.

Expect 10+ years of OO Python development, 7+ years in front-office banking apps, REST/ReactJS/full-stack work, and collaboration with quantitative researchers; hybrid schedule with 3 onsite days weekly; pay range $60-$65/hr on W2.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on programming experience in object-oriented languages, with proficiency in Python.
• 7+ years as a senior developer working on front office applications in banking or financial services.
• Experience in quantitative research and data analysis within a financial context.
• Strong knowledge of REST, ReactJS, and full-stack development practices.
• Exposure to object databases and relational database management systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-performance front office applications in banking services.
• Collaborate with quantitative researchers and developers to analyze domain-specific data and implement solutions.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and full-stack solutions using ReactJS and Python.
• Work with object and relational databases to optimize data management and retrieval processes.
• Support risk and pricing application development, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
