Job summary

LTIMindtree, a global technology consulting firm, is seeking a Sr. Python Developer in Irving, TX. The role focuses on leading mid-size feature development, delivering robust applications, and driving design decisions with autonomy.

You will design RESTful services with Django or FastAPI, work with Docker/Kubernetes, and collaborate across teams to achieve scalable, high-performance solutions. Strong communication and Agile delivery are essential.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in a product development/product management environment.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; data driven and results-oriented.
• Experience delivering with an agile methodology.
• Experience in affecting large culture change.
• Experience leading infrastructure programs.
• Skilled at working with third party service providers.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own mid-size feature application design and development efforts.
• Lead design discussions and drive key technical decisions as a development lead.
• Analyze and troubleshoot coding, performance, and design challenges.
• Investigate root causes and resolve defects.
• Ensure alignment with architecture, standards, and lifecycle processes.
• Collaborate with vendors and teams to accelerate development velocity.
• Communicate progress, risks, and mitigation plans across stakeholders.
