Job summary

Role Overview

We're looking for a highly skilled Python Developer to join our team at LTI Mindtree. As a Python Developer, you’ll lead a team to deliver modules, ensuring best practices in design, development, and deployment. You’ll guide junior developers, perform code reviews, and contribute to our agile environment.

Must Have Skills

• Team Leadership: Ability to lead a team of Python Developers in designing, documenting, coding, integrating, and deploying modules.
• Independent Work: Capability to perform tasks independently and review peers' work.
• Junior Developer Guidance: Guide and review code and deliverables of junior developers.
• Object-Oriented Programming: Strong understanding of OOP principles.
• Python Programming: Hands‑on experience in Python development.
• Concurrency: Working knowledge of Python's threading limitations and multi-process architecture.
• Job Scheduling & Event Triggering: Experience in scheduling jobs or triggering events programmatically.
• Data Handling: Experience in data cleaning and transformation using Python.
• Libraries: Proficiency in Pandas, Numpy, and Regular Expressions.
• Agile Methodology: Hands‑on experience with JIRA, Agile, and source code management tools like GIT and SVN.
• Design Principles: Understanding of scalable application design principles.
• Automated Testing: Proficiency in implementing automated unit tests.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Good to Have

• Web Framework Knowledge: Experience with Django.
