TechDigital Group is seeking a Senior Python Developer who can work independently on projects with strong leadership skills. You will contribute to large-scale application design, collaborate with business stakeholders, and guide testing and release planning across multiple teams.

The role emphasizes delivering results with strong communication and hands-on expertise in modern DevOps practices. You will mentor junior staff, design robust architectures, and implement scalable solutions using

Competenze

Python API development is required.
Experience with distributed asynchronous systems and immutable, multi-machine designs.
Proficient with SQL/Oracle databases.
Experience with Docker, Kafka, Kubernetes and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
Familiar with message brokers such as RabbitMQ/ActiveMQ/AWS SQS.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, coding, testing and automation skills.
Proficient in object-oriented programming with at least one strongly-typed language.
Collaborates with leadership to define, develop, test and release features.
Provides fixes for urgent production issues and workarounds as needed.
Familiar with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
Experience mentoring junior staff is a plus.
Strong stakeholder management capability.
