Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of applied Python development experience in enterprise-grade environments.
• Experience building large-scale production apps with uptime and reliability requirements.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases (Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Sybase) including query tuning.
• Strong understanding of the SDLC, CI/CD practices, and agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to debug and maintain complex enterprise applications in production.
• Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and performance trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end design, development, and advanced technical troubleshooting for complex Python applications.
• Develop secure, production-ready Python code for distributed systems with concurrency and observability in mind.
• Produce architecture and design artifacts ensuring performance and enterprise standards.
• Optimize data processing for large-scale datasets across batch and near-real-time workloads.
• Collaborate with product, data, and infra teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Contribute to engineering best practices and perform peer code reviews.
