Checkr’s Truework team is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help develop and maintain a backend-focused platform used by top mortgage lenders in the US. You will own features from design to production, collaborating with product managers and customers to deliver impactful updates.

The role emphasizes autonomy, craftsmanship, and an ownership mentality, with open to various backend-oriented roles, including full stack, QA, and SREs. Strong Python and JavaScript skills are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/training.
• Proficiency in Python and Javascript; experience developing RESTful APIs.
