Neptune North in the United States seeks a skilled backend developer to build robust Python services, drive cloud deployments, and collaborate closely with clients on a range of financial services projects. You will own software products from design through production, working with data analysts and other engineers in a collaborative, consultancy-style environment.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in software development, a CS/Engineering degree (3.3+ GPA), and experience with SQL

Competenze

• At least 3 years of experience in software development or a similar role.
• Back-end skills in Python and testing methodologies (pytest).
• Web-App Server development experience.
• Setting up CI/CD for automated build and testing of the frontend app.
• Experience deploying and configuring Cloud environments (Azure or AWS).
• Exposure to SQL databases, PostgreSQL preferred.
• Experience in consultancy/project-based environments with client-facing activity.
• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering with GPA 3.3+ from a top-ranked university.
