Job summary

Qualifications

• 7 years of software engineering experience; internships do not count.
• Experience with Python-based services using FastAPI and async patterns.
• API design and integration with external systems.
• Proficiency with MongoDB and Redis in production environments.
• Experience building reusable platform capabilities and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance core Agent Runtime capabilities and reusable platform services.
• Implement agent platform features, including tooling integration and orchestration.
• Develop APIs, SDKs, and platform components for scalable AI adoption.
• Build platform controls, guardrails, security and governance mechanisms.
• Create automated test suites and observability tools for reliability and performance.
• Troubleshoot complex runtime, performance, and integration issues.
• Lead proofs-of-concept and evaluate emerging AI technologies.
• Engage in full SDLC activities from requirements to deployment.
