Job summary

OSC EdgeTech, LLC is seeking a Senior Python Developer (AI/ML) to advance Optica Security, a DISA APL-listed platform. You will build Python-based scanners, integrate AI models, and automate cybersecurity workflows in secure government environments.

The role demands strong Python skills, production AI experience, and the ability to work in restricted networks. U.S. citizenship and security clearance eligibility required.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of professional Python software development experience.
• Production AI-enabled software development experience.
• Experience with AI/ML techniques including data preparation, model training, validation, inference.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance; US citizen.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver Python-based scanning capabilities for large federated networks.
• Develop production AI capabilities using local/self-hosted models and cloud services.
• Ingest and interpret DISA STIGs; ensure CORA readiness within Optica.
• Automate complex workflows with AI, including data extraction and classification.
• Integrate and orchestrate local and cloud AI models for mission environments.
