Job summary

ETHEREUM TECHNOLOGIES LLC is hiring a Python Developer to design, build, and deploy AI/ML applications in an Azure environment. You will implement RAG pipelines and vector-based search, work with data pipelines, and collaborate with data scientists and other engineers.

This onsite role requires strong Python skills, Azure experience, and hands-on ML tooling. You will contribute to scalable AI/ML solutions, stay current with cloud technologies, and participate in code reviews to improve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Python Developer.
• Strong Python programming and best practices.
• Strong working knowledge of Azure cloud services for AI/ML workloads.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML concepts and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Transformers).
• Significant experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Experience designing vector-based search with ChromaDB/FAISS/Annoy.
• Experience with data processing and storage (SQL/NoSQL, Azure Data Lake).
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes (AKS), CI/CD, and DevOps.
• Strong problem solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML applications in Python.
• Implement and optimize RAG pipelines for retrieval and generation.
• Develop vector-based search solutions for semantic retrieval.
• Build data pipelines for ingestion, processing, and storage for AI/ML models.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Write clean, well-documented, testable code; follow best practices.
• Troubleshoot issues in development and production environments.
• Stay updated on AI/ML, cloud tech, and open-source libraries.
• Participate in code reviews and improve development processes.
• Work onsite with the team, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
